The Coopercentral Poll 2.0 application utilizes PHP and a MySQL database. Very easy to install. User is able to add polls in the admin panel and display them on their site in two ways. They can either select a poll by it's ID, or by inputting a start date and end date. The past polls page shows all polls that have been closed.
