It allow your users to vote for a current item/page or whatever else you might need it and also comment it. It also includes an administration page which lets the admin add/edit/delete votes and delete comments of users. Also it shows some statistics regarding your votes/comments.
All these in one PHP page(vote-system.php) and uses only 2 images(1 sprite and one loading gif).
