Its a comment management solution written in php and mysql. It has a nice user interface and a decent admin panel. It can be integrated into any site as a Guestbook or simply as a comment management solution. I made it identical to disqus. Email notifications are sent on new comments and replies. It has Gravatar support and user registration. It uses ajax for dynamic comments loading and user interactions. The design is solely CSS based. So customization is going to be easy.
