It's fully compatible with PHP 5.0.3 and will not create any problem to display form data in Outlook or any other E-mail Reader. The form result will be HTML Formatted. One thing you have to remember to use this script that you should have an "EMail" input field in your HTML form. You just need to call this script in your form like: <FORM action="wmdformmailer.php" method="post" name="ContactForm" id="ContactForm">

This is plug-and-play script. You just need to give your e-mail address in the wmdformmailer.php file and this will work. You can also configure CC (Carbon Copy) E-mail, Subject, Redirect Page etc.
