You can add multi-level sub-categories and you can also upload pictures for the news. Users can search the contents of the news by keywords and also can rate for the news. All the text in this program is put in one file. Once you edit this file, you can generate a new language version or customize the text in your program. Before you install this system, please make sure that you have php and mysql installed and your const.inc.php and /photo/ is writable.
